Samsung has been working on the Galaxy S25 FE for a while, and the countdown for its launch has officially begun. The smartphone has received numerous certifications so far, and recently, design details have also been shared. Now, the latest reports reveal the technical specifications of the device.
Galaxy S25 FE Specifications Revealed
With the Galaxy S25 FE, Samsung seems set to deliver significant improvements in display, battery, and charging. The smartphone will feature a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a refresh rate ranging between 1Hz and 120Hz, and an FHD+ resolution. Unlike its predecessors, the panel will have a flexible structure.
On the battery side, the device will be upgraded to a 4,900 mAh capacity, which is a 200 mAh increase compared to the previous model. Charging speed will also see a notable jump from 25W to 45W. Additionally, the phone will be just 7.4 mm thick and weigh around 190 grams.
Under the hood, the Galaxy S25 FE will be powered by the Exynos 2400 chipset. Storage options will include 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB variants, while the RAM will remain unchanged at 8 GB.
In terms of cameras, the S25 FE will retain the sensor setup from the S24 FE. On the back, it will feature a 50 MP main camera, a 12 MP ultra-wide camera, and an 8 MP telephoto lens. The front will see an upgrade with a new 12 MP sensor. The phone will launch with Android 16-based One UI 8 and will receive seven years of software support.
